VIP MEMBERSHIP

You may be required to attend a consultation prior to commencing your membership to ensure that all the treatments listed are appropriate and you are not contraindicated. We also need to discuss if this is going to be the best approach for you and manage expectations for the outcome. You must attend all face to face consultations prior to any prescription treatment and then you will be booked in for a treatment day if all is satisfactory.

Once you have set up on a membership via Go Cardless using the link on the website www.sknject.co.uk, you will then be added to the Fresha booking system as having a 12 month membership. You are then able to choose your first treatment as you will notice “included in membership” next to the selected treatment. You can purchase extra treatments should you wish and these will shown at checkout. 

It would be encouraged to book your next treatment at your appointment to ensure you do not lapse the time frame. If this is the case, you may end up losing out on treatments. It is your responsibility to adhere to the given time frame.

We understand that plans can change, but out of respect for our the treatment provider and other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. 

This is slightly different for memberships:

Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment

• If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your appointment within 24 hours, this treatment will be lost.
  (This applies to all treatments, including those requiring prescription items.)

Within 24–48 Hours of Your Appointment

• If you cancel or reschedule within this window, you may still have your treatment but you will need to pay an additional £25.00 to rebook the appointment. The new appointment needs to be rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment day.

Within 48–72 Hours of Your Appointment

• Cancellations or reschedules made during this period will need to be booked in a 7 day window of the original appointment or the appointment will be lost
• A new deposit will not be required to rebook.
  (Including prescription-based treatments.)

The memberships run for 12 months from the day you set it up.

You cannot cancel within this time frame.

You cannot pause the membership unless you are medically contraindicated and you are able to provide a copy of this in writing from your health professional.

If you do decide that you do not want this service anymore, then this must be presented in writing and you will be liable to pay the remainder of the membership in full.

You must spread your treatments equally over the 12 month period. 

If do not redeem your set treatment within the specified timescale, this treatment will be lost.

It maybe that on request we may be able to adapt the membership to suit your personal request. This can be discussed and may be a possibility, although please note, there may be a change in payment structure to accommodate this. 

If you would like to swap a treatment, please let the clinic know and we will come back to you with an individual quote.

You will need to pay a one off deposit payment to set up your membership. 

This can be done in clinic or via the link on the website. 

This will also notify you of the 12 monthly payments you will make as per your membership schedule.

VIP SMOOTH

You will receive anti-wrinkle treatments every 3–4 months over a 12-month period. 

Treatments cannot be carried out sooner than 3 months after your previous session.

This does not include your 14-day review following each treatment.

The areas covered are forehead, frown lines and crows feet.

A face-to-face consultation is required at a separate appointment before each treatment (excluding the 14-day review).

You are not able to receive a refund under any circumstances and you cannot transfer any balance or treatment.

You cannot gift treatments to others.

You cannot use your membership with any other clinic offer or discount.

The perks you receive will be subject to availability.

10% off other treatments CANNOT be redeemed against prescription items.

10% off skin care will only be applied if purchased directly through the clinic. No postage is offered, it is collection only.

Your £20.00 gift voucher will be issued to you at month 6 of your membership.
