Sknject provides medical treatments and services. These services are provided by Registered Nurse (Krystal Cousins) who has undergone specific treatment qualifications and isNMC registered, fully insured and is an Independent Nurse Prescriber. 

The specific treatment details can be found on the treatment menu. 

If this is your first visit to Sknject you will be required to have a consultation. During this consultation, you will be assessed and a plan may be created based on your suitability and to ensure the correct treatment for you. It is important that you provide accurate and up to date information during your consultation and on any pre-treatment questionnaires sent to you to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. We ask that you fill out your consent form and medical history form which will be emailed to you upon booking and it is your responsibility to complete these asap to ensure your booking is secured. 

Failing to do this may delay your treatment and a possible loss of deposit.

PRESCRIPTION TREATMENTS: 

ANY TREATMENT REQUIRING A PRESCRIPTION WITH REQUIRE A £50.00 DEPOSIT. 

THIS TOTAL WILL THEN BE NON-REFUNDABLE AS THE PRODUCT IS ORDERED FOR YOU AND CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PATIENT. 

THIS FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST IF THE TREATMENT APPOINTMENT IS A NO SHOW, CANCELLED OR REARRANGED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE ANOTHER £25.00 DEPOSIT AND THE REMAINDER OF YOUR TREATMENT AT YOUR NEW TIME/DATE.

ALL TREATMENTS REQUIRING A PRESCRIPTION MUST HAVE A FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION PRIOR TO TREATING IF IT IS YOUR FIRST VISIT TO SKNJECT

NON PRESCRIPTION TREATMENTS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a 72 hour notice period. Failure to provide adequate notice will incur a late cancellation fee/loss of deposit - see reschedule / cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES/NO SHOWS

WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT 

• If you are a no show, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be taken and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment cost at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)

WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24-48 hours 50% of your treatment cost will be taken and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)

WITHIN 48-72 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• If you cancel or reschedule within 72-48 hours your deposit will be lost and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment cost at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)

PLEASE NOTE - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE AND/OR TIME IF YOU ARE BEFORE THE 72 HOUR PERIOD.

PAYMENTS

All payments need to be made at the time of the appointment.

If you are having a course of treatments then the full balance is due at your first appointment (unless discussed otherwise)

Now that your consultation is complete, and you are deemed suitable for the treatment(s) you have requested, a treatment plan will commence with the agreed procedure(s). Professional judgement will be used to provide you with the best possible outcome. Please note that all treatments are individual and results may vary and no result can be guarenteed. 

The clinic has the right to refuse treatment if it is your best interest, will leave unnatural results or may have an impact on your health both physically and mentally.

ALL PATIENTS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE FOR INJECTABLES. 

ANY TREATMENT SUITABLE FOR UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WILL REQUIRE PARENTAL CONSENT AND THE ATTENDANCE OF THAT PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHILST IN CLINIC.

As with any medical treatment there is a risk and possible side effects. Sknject will always prioritise your safety and well-being. You will be informed of risks and side effects at the consultation and again at your treatment, but these are always available in the treatment menu via the link at the bottom of the website page of your desired treatment.

By using the services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as outlined on the privacy policy below. All patient information used in marketing, social media and educational purposes will have consent from the patient and will not be used if consent is not granted. 

All materials, content and trademarks associated with Sknject are protected by intellectual copyright laws and are the property of Sknject or respective owners. You may not reproduce, use, distribute or modify any content or materials without prior written consent. 

Sknject reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these and conditions periodically for any changes as these will be amended on this website.
